7 Resume Tweaks That Actually Get You Interviews

Two: quantify everything you can. 'Ran packaging line' becomes 'Operated packaging line producing 12,000 units per shift with zero safety incidents.' Numbers give a hiring manager something to hold onto.

Three: mirror the language of the job posting. If the listing says 'forklift certified,' your resume should say 'forklift certified' — not 'experienced with powered industrial equipment.' Applicant tracking systems match keywords literally.
