Milano of Macomb Expands Workforce Partnerships Across the County

We're proud to announce an expansion of Milano of Macomb's community workforce partnerships, strengthening the bridge between local job seekers and the employers who need them.

Over the past quarter, our team has launched new collaborations with area career and technical education programs, connecting graduating students directly with temp-to-hire opportunities in manufacturing, healthcare, and skilled trades. Early cohorts are already converting to permanent roles at above-average rates.

We've also expanded our on-site employer program, embedding Milano coordinators at several large facilities across Sterling Heights and Warren to handle orientation, attendance support, and retention check-ins. The result: faster ramp-up for new hires and measurably lower 90-day turnover for our clients.
